Boost

The Boost C++ Libraries are a collection of free libraries that extend the functionality of C++.

Boost 1.40 is installed for default use by every user. Documentation is available at http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_40_0/.

Boost 1.45 is installed in /opt/apps/x86_64/boost-1.45.0. To use it you have to add /opt/apps/x86_64/boost-1.45.0/include to your include path and /opt/apps/x86_64/boost-1.45.0/lib to your library path. Documentation is available at http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_45_0/.
